The room with 3 beds. The price was $ 151. The hotel was in a central location close to restaurants and bars. Cafe Evelyn's Too located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

I thoroughly enjoyed the location that was central and close to downtown shopping and restaurants as well as riverside. Every staff member was pleasant and courteous. It was luxury, well-maintained and with balcony.
Service was missed.

The location of the lodge is excellent. view of the Bow River. only 5 minutes to the center!
A bit dated. Heating worked at an outdoor temperature of 27 degrees. There is no air conditioning as a normal standard in such hotels. Outrageous 5 dollars for Wi Fi! It was impossible to drink coffee, with the taste of chlorine! Nothing to say. Too expensive!!

Large rooms . Clean
The staff was totally uninterested. You almost had to apologize if you had a question. Internet extra pay - in this day and age. It's an absurd thing, actually.

+ The hotel has a very good location directly at the Bow River. Beautiful view from the room window to the Bow River and the mountains. In the morning even a few deer came by! + A few minutes walk to the centre with gastronomy and shopping possibilities. + Free parking place.
- WLAN only against payment - the hotel has charged us the previously paid room again!

The room was much smaller than what I expected but it was comfortable and clean. The hotel was nice and quiet all throughout the day and night. Staff were accommodating and friendly.
Though we were allowed unllimited use of the Banff Park Lodge pool and amenities, crossing over in the cold weather was a downer. Especially after a swim. I hope they make a pedway... And please fix the tub drain. It clogged.

A beautiful, large room with a lovely river view. The location is ideal for accessing town and nearby trails, with elk often spotted along the river. A requested room upgrade was denied despite the hotel being nearly empty. While the staff was accommodating, the dining options, especially for barbecues, could have been better.
